Mineral County High softball won a doubleheader on April 26 against Eureka and are now 8-6 in league play heading into the final week of the regular season. The girls scored 46 runs in the two wins, including a 27-11 win in game two.
The Serpents platy Sierra Sage Academy to close out the year on Friday at home at 10 a.m. and noon.
Mineral County is 7-2 in its last nine games, and sits at 12-6 overall and is in fourth place in the 1A Northern League.
