Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who showed their kindness during the difficult time following the passing of our Mom’s husband, our Dad, grandfather and great-grandfather, Daniel McCahill. To the Mineral County EMT’s, the staff at Mt. Grant Hospital, Gunter’s Funeral Home, the Mineral County Sheriff’s Department, Father Jesus at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Flowers by Ness, the VFW, the VFW Ladies Auxiliary and to all of you who sent cards, flowers, food and hugs. This was a difficult time for our family but being in Hawthorne for almost 40 years now, the compassion and love shown to all of us in one way or another was appreciated more than you all know.
