The Mineral County Sheriff’s Office month-long narcotics investigation reached a point where several suspected drug dealers were taken into custody last week.

On Oct. 23, two separate search warrants were served at two different Hawthorne addresses by the sheriff’s office.

In a press release from Sheriff Randy Adams, he explained the charges against the following:

Under the first search warrant, Tiffany Gonzales was arrest on a Hawthorne Justice Court warrant for three counts of unlawful sales of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321. As a result of the search warrant, she was also charged with possession of a schedule one controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.336.2a with a total bail amount of $32,500.

While serving the second search warrant, Julie Fisk and Steffan Hughes were both arrested. Fisk was arrested on a Hawthorne Justice Court warrant for three counts of unlawful sales of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321 and three counts of conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, a violation of NRS 453.401 1a. As a result of the search warrant, she was also charged with possession of a schedule one controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.336.2a, use or possession of drug paraphernalia, a violation of NRS 453.566, possession of a hypodermic device, a violation of NRS 454.510, sell, supply, prescribe a controlled substance in the presence of a minor, a violation of NRS 453.3325.2B1 and provide a false statement to obstruct an officer with a total bail amount of $48,470.

Hughes was arrested also on a Hawthorne Justice Court warrant for three counts of unlawful sales of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321, conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, a violation of NRS 453.401 1a. As a result of the search warrant, he was also charged with sell, supply, prescribe a controlled substance in the presence of a minor, a violation of NRS 453.3325.2b1 and possession of a hypodermic device, a violation of NRS 454.510. His total bail amount is $35,000.

Later in the evening of Oct. 23, Kellie Camp was arrested on a Hawthorne Justice Court warrant for unlawful sales of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321 and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, a violation of NRS 453.401 with a total bail amount of $12,000.

On Oct. 24, Kemon Camp was also arrested on a Hawthorne Justice Court warrant for unlawful sales of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321 and conspiracy to violate the controlled substance act, a violation of NRS 453.401 1a. Kemon was also charged with unlawful use/under the influence of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.411.3a. His bail is set at $14,500.

A result of the earlier work done in this investigation goes back to Oct. 10 when Mineral County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Donna Burleigh for trafficking of a schedule one controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.3385.1, operate a place for sale or use of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.316.1, possess for sale of a schedule one controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.337.2a and possess drug paraphernalia, a violation of NRS 453.560. Burleigh is currently on a no-bail hold per Nevada Parole and Probation.

I commend each and every one of them for their tireless commitment to ridding Mineral County of illegal drugs and the people associated with them,” Sheriff Randy Adams stated.
