• David A. Bending was arrested on Sept. 5 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for possess schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance (first/second); use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance; DUI, above legal limit (first); open alcohol container in vehicle; fail drive on right half of road and license plates improperly displayed. Bail set at $9,160 bond/cash.

• Matthew D. Lemke was arrested on Sept. 5 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for bench warrant, basic speed – 21-30 miles per hour over posted limit and drive without driver’s license. Bail set at $408 cash and $775 bond/cash.

• Norris D. Dupree 3 was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, above legal limit (first). Bail set at $1,140 bond/cash.

• Khalil N. Abdullamcclain was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 21-30 miles per hour over posted limit; child restraint violation (first); drive with revoked driver’s license and fail to wear safety belt/shoulder harness. Bail set at $2,330 bond/cash.

• Jennifer L. Kleinsasser was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for arrest w/o warrant of fugitive from anot…, open alcohol container in vehicle e/psz and fail wear safety belt/shoulder harness. No bail.

• Larry Mixon, Jr. was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 16-20 miles per hour over posted limit, non resident drive when privilege suspended/revoked/cancelled and arrest fugitive felon from other state w… Bail set at $1,235 bond/cash and no bail.

• Elmarie Mitchell was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for battery on protected person; false statement to/obstruct public officer; use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance and contempt of municipal court. No bail.
