Almous (Al) Craver Jr
Almous (Al) Craver Jr left us February 2, 2021. Al lived a long and fulfilling life until his passing at age 91.A resident of Hawthorne, NV for many years, Al loved exploring the desert and the mountains.
Al enlisted with the Marines in 1951 and after a brief stint in Arkansas and San Diego wound up inHawthorne where he enjoyed the peace and tranquility of this quiet town for the remainder of his life.Al was personable and gentle and knew almost everyone in this small town.
Born 1929 in Memphis, TN, Al was a true southerner and his southern mannerisms stayed with him the entire time he was among us. He talked quietly, moved slowly but deliberately and always had time to stop and talk to friends and strangers alike.
Al always longed to pass quietly and without suffering and as he did, we are appreciative.
Al will be laid to rest with his loving wife, Bonnie in Mina, NV.
Everlasting rest and peace, Al. We will miss you.
