Justice Court
- On Oct. 9, Kenneth Rosemann pled guilty to the charge of diving a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, NRS 484C.11, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; credit one day in jail; 24 hours community service to be completed in Fallon; DUI school level I. Has six months to complete, other charges dismissed.
- On Oct. 9, Zachary White pled guilty to the charge of petit larceny, NRS 205.240, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to six months in jail; suspended one year as long as he has no law violations. Subject to random search and seizure. No drugs.
District Court
- On April 18, James Allen Dwayne Christie entered a guilty plea to the charge of conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act, a violation of NRS 453.401(1)(a), a category C felony. On Oct. 17, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 24 months from this date and for a maximum term of 60 months from this date. He was given credit for 69 days presentence confinement time. He was ordered to pay $648 in fines and fees. His sentence comes with terms and conditions.
- On Aug. 15, Fernando Anthony Davis entered a guilty plea to the charge of unlawful possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of sale, a violation of NRS 453.337, a category D felony. On Oct. 17, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 19 months from this date and for a maximum term of 48 months from this date. He was given credit for 103 days presentence confinement time. He was ordered to pay $238 in fines and fees. His sentence comes with terms and conditions.
