• On Aug. 14, Desiree Joleen Emmons pled guilty to the charge of petit larceny, NRS 205.240, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to 30 days in jail, no restitution.

• On Aug. 18, Sandra Michelle Medeiros pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, first offense, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor and failure to drive on right side of the highway, NRS 484B.200, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; two days in jail; credit one day; level one DUI school and drug and alcohol counseling.

• On Sept. 25, Amanda Lynn White pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, first offense, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $525 in fines and fees; two days jail; credit one day; 24 hours community service; level one DUI school and has six months to complete.

• On Sept. 25, Tarren Michael Reed pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, second offense, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was ordered to pay $950 in fines and fees, ten days jail; credit three days (can do weekends); level two counseling for 26 weeks; provide the court with proof and has six months to complete.
