Justice Court

  • On July 17, Jessica Johanna Flores pled guilty to the charge of introducing a dangerous drug into interstate commerce, NRS 454.351, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to 45 days in jail (time served).
  • A commitment of sentence dated July 30 stated Stephen Hoyt Schrepfer II entered no plea to the charges of: unlawful use/being under the influence of a controlled substance, NRS 453.411, a category E felony; possession of a controlled substance, NRS 453.336 and possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. The case was dismissed without prejudice.

The case was dismissed.

  • A commitment of sentence dated July 29 stated Alan Todd Russell entered no plea to the charge of violation of protection order, NRS 33.100, a misdemeanor. The case was dismissed.
  • A commitment of sentence dated July 29 stated James Walker III entered no plea to the charges of: possession of a controlled substance, NRS 453.336, a category E felony and unlawful use/being under the influence of a controlled substance, NRS 453.411, a category E felony. The case was dismissed.
  • A commitment of sentence dated July 29 stated Emily Marie Pyzer entered no plea to the charges of: purchase, possession and/or consumption of alcohol by a minor, Mineral County Code 9.16.010, a misdemeanor and possession of false identification for the purpose of establishing a false status, NRS 205.465(1)(4), a category E felony. The case was dismissed.
  • On Nov. 21, 2016, Kelly Jean Chamberlin entered a plea of guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to 90 days jail; suspended as long as she has no law violations. Subject to search and seizure.
  • On Nov. 21, 2106, Barbara B. Burall entered a plea of guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to 90 days in jail; suspended as long as she has no law violations. Subject to search and seizure.
  • On March 13, 2017, Christopher Michael McNamara entered a guilty plea to the charge of reckless driving, NRS 484B.653, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $525 in fines and fees before April 21, 2017.
  • On Aug. 6, Lennin Antonio Herrera entered a guilty plea to the charge of disturbing the peace, NRS 203.010, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to time served.

District Court

  • On Jan. 22, Robert Eugene Waggoner entered a guilty plea to the charge of unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, a violation of NRS 205.2715, a gross misdemeanor. On June 20, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Mineral County Detention Facility for a term of 364 days from that date. He was given credit for time served in the amount of 17 days, which are to be applied to the first part of count I. His sentence was suspended and he was ordered to a period of probation with Nevada Parole and Probation for 36 months. He was ordered to pay $1,180.16 in fines and fees at $150 per month until paid in entirety. His sentence had terms and conditions and will run concurrent to any other sentence.
  • On April 4, Ashlee Raeanne Blondin entered a guilty plea to the charge of attempted grand larceny, a violation of NRS 205.222 and NRS 193.330, a category D felony. On June 20, she was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 15 months from this date and a maximum term of 48 months from this date. She was given credit for time served in the amount of 18 days which was applied to the first part of count I. Her sentenced was suspended and she was ordered to serve a period of probation with Nevada Parole and Probation for 60 months. She was ordered to pay $908 in fines and fees.
