Justice Court

  • On May 19, Justin Dwayne Warden was dismissed without prejudice of the following charge: petit larceny, NRS 205.240, a misdemeanor.
  • On June 19, Ann Marie Jaramillo pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.11, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; 48 hours of community service and DUI school.
  • On June 26, Jawn Christopher Soto was dismissed of the following charges: unlawful conduct, Mineral County Code 9.52.010, a misdemeanor; obstructing public officer, NRS 197.190 and resisting a public officer, NRS 199.280, a misdemeanor.
  • On June 26, Philip Dewayne Benson pled guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. He was ordered to 180 days in jail. All other charges dismissed.
  • On July 10, Jessica Elaine Libbee was dismissed of the following charges: unlawful use/being under the influence of a controlled substance, NRS 453.411, a category E felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor.
  • On July 10, Sebastian Dave Dennis was dismissed of the following charge: battery by strangulation that constitutes domestic violence, NRS 33.018, NRS 200.481(2)(b) and NRS 200.485, a category C felony.
  • On July 10, Kristi Leigh Achurra pled guilty to the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to 30 days in jail; suspended for six months as long as she has no law violations; subject to random search and seizure. No drugs. Other charge dismissed.
  • On July 10, Hawk Riley Kimble was dismissed without prejudice of the following charge: assault with a deadly weapon, NRS 200.417(2)(b), a category B felony.
  • On July 10, Abbagail Marie McNamara pled no contest to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana, NRS 484C.11, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; 48 hours community service; DUI school and has eight months to complete.
  • On July 10, Audra Lee Broadhead pled guilty to the charge of drugs which may not be introduced into interstate commerce, NRS 454.351, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail; suspended for one year as long as she does not have any law violations; subject to random search and seizure. No drugs.
  • On July 10, Michael Joseph Gagner pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; credit time served; 48 hours community serve; credit time served; DUI school level I; victim impact panel; has 60 days to complete and have fees paid.
