The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after April 1 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. All are innocent until proven guilty in court. Names and charges appear as they have been received from the sheriff’s office.
• Jordan J. Pruett was arrested on April 2 by Walker River Tribal Police for arrest on other agency warrant – Reno Township Justice Court, basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over posted limit and drive without driver’s license. No bail and $400 bond/cash.
• Jeff W. Banta was arrested on April 3 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for contempt of court. Bail set at $1,500 cash.
• Shawn W. Tsosie was arrested on April 4 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery, first. Bail set at $3,000 bond/cash.
• Kenneth L. Mahoney was arrested on April 7 by Walker River Tribal Police for basic speed – 11-15 miles per hour over posted limit and DUI, above legal limit, (first). Bail set at $1,335 bond/cash.
• Damion V. Pink was arrested on April 7 by Walker River Tribal Police for windshield/window tinting violtion; resident with non-Nevada driver’s license; drive with suspended driver’s license; use/possess drug paraphernalia and possess schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance (first/second). Bail set at $5,150 bond/cash.
• Cesar Andrade was arrested on April 8 by Walker River Tribal Police for arrest on other agency warrant – Carson City Justice Municipal Court and basic speed – 16-20 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $955 cash and $195 bond/cash.
• Shemika D. Decoud was arrested on April 8 by Walker River Tribal Police for arrest on other agency warrant – Esmeralda Township Justice Court. Bail set at $475 cash.
• Nichole L. Shepard was arrested on April 9 by Walker River Tribal Police for fail dim head lamps and DUI, above legal limit, (first). Bail set at $1,270 bond/cash.
