Arrest Record

The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after Jan. 13 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. • Eric J. Zimmerman was arrested on Jan. 17 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for assault with deadly weapon; resist public officer; false statement to/obstruct public officer and use/possess drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $128.420 bond/cash.

• Paul W. Brunius was arrested on Jan. 21 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, above legal limit, with prior felony D; drive with suspended driver’s license and basic speed – 11-20 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $21,335 bond/cash.

• Ashley M. Dalton was arrested on Jan. 20 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 16-20 miles per hour over posted limit; headlamps not illuminated with required; non-surrender suspended/revoked/cancelled registration card/license; false statement to/obstruct public officer and resist public officer. Bail set at $3,345 bond/cash.
