• Jason E. Grimes was arrested on Nov. 16 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bail set at $2,640 bond/cash.
• Cathy L. Plevney was arrested on Nov. 16 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bail set at $2,640 bond/cash.
• Ashley Gates was arrested on Nov. 17 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for exploit old/vulnerable person amount undeter, first offense; abuse old/vulnerable person (first); conspiracy abuse/exploit/isolate old/vulnerable person and trespass, not amounting to burglary. Bail set at $37,855 bond/cash.
• April J. Reeser was arrested on Nov. 17 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for convicted person register and fingerprint required. Bail set at $1,140 bond/cash.
• Justin W. Seevers was arrested on Nov. 17 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for exploit old/vulnerable person amount undeter, first offense, abuse old/vulnerable person (first) and conspiracy abuse/exploit/isolate old/vulnerable person. Bail set at $77,500 bond/cash.
