Mineral County schools are showing much improvement with the ELA proficiency rates and trends. According to documents, Mineral County has improved 5.66 percent up 20.81 from 15.15. The mathematics have increased 3.59 percent up 6.67 from 3.08.
The Nevada English Language Arts Standards are intended to give Mineral County children the help and tools they need to succeed in school and become lifelong readers, writers, and speakers.
The standards for the mathematics allow children to go forward with mathematics skills used throughout their lifetimes.
