flu-shotPeyton Baldry never flinched when he was given a flu shot at this year’s “Drive-By Flu Shot Pod”, given by his aunt Holly Pellett.

By 5 p.m., members of the community were lined up down A Street in hopes of getting through the long line to receive their vaccination. Staffed by members of the community, local businesses and volunteers, the line seemed to flow smoothly this year as over 244 flu vaccines were given.

If you missed the drive-by flu shot, you can visit the Mineral County Health Nurse or the Mt. Grant General Hospital for your opportunity to get vaccinated.
