It was a tough week for the Mineral County High girls basketball team, as the girls lost consecutive heartbreakers at home by the same score.
The Lady Serpents fell to Sage Ridge 41-40 last Tuesday, and also lost to Sierra Lutheran 41-40 on Friday. The Mineral County girls traveled to Coleville the following day and dropped the contest 46-34 to fall to 1-9 overall on the season.
The team hosted Pyramid Lake Tuesday night, and will travel to Whittell and Excel Christian for conference match-ups Friday and Saturday.
