MINERAL COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Mineral County Regional Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 28, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Mineral County Building at 904 E St. to consider the Special Use Permit application by James Hardy Building Products. The Special Use Permit will allow the company to mine silica at the Lucky Boy site located on APN: 900-010-01. The mining activity will include drilling, blasting and crushing by the contractor employed by the James Hardy company. Public comment is considered by the Planning Commission in the approval of issuing a Special Use Permit.
