Reno Aces tickets are being sold by Tinae Sterling, mother of Cailean Sterling, for B.R.A.I.N. Day.
B.R.A.I.N. (Because I Can and Brain Recovery Assistants Institute of Nevada) have partnered with Reno Aces Baseball Club to empower those who have suffered from a brain injury.
This will bring awareness of persons with brain injuries to our community. As many of you recall, Cailean had a bright future ahead of her as not only a model but also being nominated to attend the military academy. An ongoing headache landed her in San Francisco where after brain surgery and therapy, Cailean has now graduated from high school and looks forward to starting school in the fall.
The $16 ticket gets you into right field while the Reno Aces take on the Fresno Grizzlies. Brain injury survivors get in for free (requests must be made by July 17).
