Reading the MCIN from last week, l have to say something. What have we created in our people? I was always taught the majority vote won, 51% won. What happened to that?
You have a person with a Nevada license plate “GOBY2CA” (GO back to California) who has had this plate for approximately 7 years. Now he may lose it because one person filed a complaint on that plate. On the news the other night, the DMV Director in Reno stated that because of that ONE person’s complaint, there will be a hearing and they may pull the plate because of that one complaint. It’s funny that one person will never come out and say who they are.
You can damn the president, the governor, fact is you can burn the American Flag and it’s free speech. Isn’t that plate free speech? Oh, this is different as it hurts one person. Being a veteran, it hurts my feelings when they burn the American Flag, but that doesn’t count as l am part of the majority that feel the way I do. And we, the majority, don’t win anymore.
