Kathy Chidester – The Mineral County School District honored its staff members for Veterans Day that have served in the armed forces on Tuesday on the front lawn of MCHS. Veteran members of Hawthorne’s VFW, American Legion and Elk’s Lodge joined them for a barbecue lunch and celebration.
