• On Oct. 8, Thomas DeMars pled guilty to the charge of dog at large, Mineral County Code 6.04.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and not permitted to own or having in his possession any canine in Mineral County. He is permitted to retrieve his canines from the Mineral County Animal Shelter and relocate to another county.

• On Oct. 9, Damion Ray Sheeks pled guilty to the charge of disturbing the peace, NRS 203.119, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one year as long as he has no law violations.

• On Oct. 9, Alexander Eugene Briggs pled guilty to the charge of diving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees, complete DUI school, level one, credit one day. All other charges dismissed.

• On Oct. 9, Troy Allen Thompson pled guilty to the charge of reckless driving, NRS 484B.653, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and fined $355.

• On Oct. 9, Zachary White pled guilty to the charge of petit larceny, NRS 205.240, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to six months jail, suspended for one year as long as he has no law violations. Subject to random search and seizure. No drugs.

• On Oct. 9, Kenneth Rosemann pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and fined $585 in fines and fees, credit one day jail, 24 hours community service to be completed in Fallon, DUI school level one. Has six months to complete. Other charges dismissed.

• On Oct. 15, Daiten Michael Hanson pled guilty to the charge of purchase, consumption or possession of alcoholic beverage by minor, a violation of NRS 202.020(2), a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to 24 hours community service.
