- On May 9, Juan Manuel Sanchez entered a guilty plea to the charge of attempted possession of a firearm by an ex-felon, a violation of NRS 202.360 and NRS 193.330, a category C felony. On July 18, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 12 months from this date and a maximum term of 36 months from this date. He was given 132 days presentence confinement time. He was ordered to pay $2,528 in fines and fees.
- On May 23, Byron Charles Gresham entered a guilty plea to the charge of trafficking in controlled substances, a violation of 453.3385(1)(b), a category b felony. On July 18, he was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of sixty months from this date and a maximum term of 180 months from this date. He was given credit for 108 days presentence confinement time. He was ordered to pay $2,088 in fines and fees.
