He was found guilty and ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; DUI school; victims impact panel; two days jail (credit time served); 90 days jail; suspended as long as he complies with the court conditions.
  • On July 23, William Russell DeMars pled guilty to the charge of pedestrian on highway while intoxicated, NRS 484B.297, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $195 in fines and fees.
