A mobile home located in Argosy Trailer Park in the 200 block of M Street in Hawthorne caught fire late afternoon on Tuesday. Mineral County Fire, Hawthorne Volunteer Fire Department along with SOC Fire responded to the call. It is unknown if the later model mobile home was occupied at the time of the fire. The Independent-News will get with those involved in extinguishing the blaze and give an update in an upcoming issue.
