Justice Court

• On Nov. 6, Timothy M. Hall pled guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $625 in fines and fees; ordered to complete DUI school and 24 hours of community service; sentence to 90 days in jail; credit for two days served; 88 days suspended under the condition he has no law violations for six months and follows court order. All other charges in this case were dismissed.

• On Nov. 7, Jeffrey Lamond Nokes pled guilty to the following counts: I – speeding, NRS 484B.600 and II – driving a motor vehicle without a valid driver’s license, NRS 483.550, misdemeanors. He was found guilty and was ordered to pay $195 in fines and fees on each count by Feb. 1, 2018.

• On Nov. 14, Dominque Samantha Marie Williams pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia, NRS 453.566, a misdemeanor. She was found guilty and ordered to pay $310 in fines and fees.
