The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after Sep. 10 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. • Alexandra J. Duncan-Byer was arrested on Sept. 11 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for arrest for violation of condition of bail release. No bail listed.

• Gregory L. Buford was arrested on Sept. 14 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for commitment. No bail listed.

• Russell C. Alfano was arrested on Sept. 15 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, above the legal limit, (first), basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over the posted limit and possess the gun under influence of alcohol/drug. No bail listed.

• Kolbie B. Heaverne was arrested on Sept. 16 by CHSO on a courtesy hold. No bail listed.

• Jesus Sanchez was arrested on Sept. 16 by Walker River Tribal Police for a drive without a drivers license and basic speed – 21-30 miles per hour over the posted limit. Bail set at $775 bond/cash.

• Austin Sasser was arrested on Sept. 15 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for domestic battery – first. Bail set at $3,000 bond/cash.

• Chelsea D. Sheehy was arrested on Sept. 16 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over the posted limit, unlaw text/send/read.talk without hands-free, non-resident drive when privilege suspended/revoked/canceled and use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bail set at $3,950 bond/cash.
