Kelly Lee Brown of Montrose, Colo. passed away on June 18, 2017.

He was born Nov. 22, 1962, in Whittier, Calif. to Danny and Sheila Brown. A graduate of Montrose High School, Kelly then moved to Hawthorne, Nev. where he met Donna (Tomlinson) and started his family. He loved the Broncos and watching football. He had the most infectious laugh and was the best person to watch scary movies with.

He is survived by his mom, Sheila Brown and stepdad, Charlie Ray of Montrose, Colo.; his ex-wife and mother to his children, Donna Tomlinson DuPree; his children: Russell Hall (Patty) of Reno, Danielle Scarlata (Sam) of Hawthorne, Shasta Townsend (Andrew) of Hawthorne and Dillon Brown of Hawthorne.

Kelly has nine beautiful grandchildren that he loved dearly: Logan; Mikey; Landon; Michael; Lillianna; Russell; Talon; James; William and Stetson. He is also survived by his brothers: Kenny and Tracy Brown and family of Spring Creek, Nev.; Keith and Casey Brown and family of Boise, Idaho; Kris and Robyn Brown and family of Oregon City, Ore.; Shauna and Ken Crombie and family of Montrose, Colo.; Danette and Roy Pryor and family of Montrose, Colo. and Terry and Amy Ray and family of Montrose, Colo.

In death, Kelly has been reunited with his baby girl Rachel and his father Danny. Services for Kelly were held at 11a.m. on Saturday, June 24 at Grace Community Church in Montrose. Crippin Funeral Home & Crematory in Montrose is assisting the family.
