Jacque and Larry Osmonson have been loyal volunteers for nine years and water all of the planters every Sunday morning

The downtown planters are planted and watered by volunteers. Thanks to the donation of a truck by SOC and maintenance by Woody’s Automotive, the truck is both economical and trustworthy. Sign City painted the sign on the truck doors and the Lions Club has donated funds for trees, boxwoods and Christmas trees.

With the heat this summer we are in need of volunteers for watering. The route for watering has been split into two parts. Most volunteers take only one part. This can be done either in the morning or evening. It requires two people – one to drive and one to water. Those who are watering enjoy the time spent with family or friends.

You may call Tammi Bunch at 945-2065 or Jean Peterson at 945-3032 for questions and or to volunteer. Have in mind a time you would prefer to water. We are flexible with scheduling.
