Robin Sweet

Nevada Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) State Court Administrator Robin Sweet has joined the leadership of the Conference of State Court Administrators (COSCA) as a member of the Board of Directors. In addition, Sweet was named vice-chair of COSCA’s Education Committee. Both appointments were made at the July 27, 2016 annual meeting of COSCA.

Sweet has served as the AOC state court administrator since 2011. Prior to this position, she served as a deputy director of judicial programs and services division from 2007-11 and was a court research analyst from 2000-2007 compiling data for the Uniform System for Judicial Records (USJR) statistical reporting project. The USJR records serve as the foundation for the Nevada judiciary’s Annual Reports.

A native of Hawthorne, Sweet directs the 52-member Administrative Office of the Courts providing support to the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, and trial courts across Nevada. The AOC delivers many services to Nevada’s judiciary and the public – from judicial education to information technology to court statistics to foreclosure mediation.
