A road rage incident landed a man in jail on Saturday in Hawthorne.
Bryn Hanley, the driver of a red Toyota pickup, became upset with the driver of a tan Toyota pickup that was pulling a fifth wheel.
On June 25 Hanley collided with the tan Toyota at Scotty’s Mini Mart and Gas Station. After the accident, Hanley got out and began jumping on the hood of the pickup and yelling at the driver and passenger.
Once questioned, Hanley explained that the driver of the tan pickup almost hit him when he was broken down on the side of the road.
The incident landed Hanley in the Mineral County Detention Center under the charges of assault with a deadly weapon. His bail was set at $125,000 bond or cash.
