• On Sept. 13, 2016, Janette Katherine Howard was sentenced after the court found that she had violated terms and conditions of her probation for the crime of conspiracy to violate the controlled substances act, a violation of NRS 453.401(1)(a), a category C felony.. The court granted probation to him with special terms and conditions.

• On Jan. 23, a matter regarding Tiffany Ann Johnson was brought before the court regarding the charges of child endangerment and/or neglect, a gross misdemeanor, be dishonorably discharged.

• On May 23, 2017, a matter regarding Amanda Lynn Kellison was brought before the court with a motion to withdraw plea of guilty and set aside judgment of conviction in accordance with NRS 176.165. The plea was granted in regards to Case No. 2401.

• On May 23, 2017, a matter regarding Amanda Lynn Kellison was brought before the court with a motion to withdraw plea of guilty and set aside judgment of conviction in accordance with NRS 176.165. The plea was granted in regards to Case No. 2516.

• On May 23, 2017, a matter regarding Amanda Lynn Kellison was brought before the court with a motion to withdraw plea of guilty and set aside judgment of conviction in accordance with NRS 176.165. The plea was granted in regards to Case No. 2517.

• On May 23, 2017, Daniel Aungn Law entered a guilty plea to the charges of: count I: trafficking in controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.3385(1)(b), a category B felony and count II: possession of identification cards with the intent to commit crime(s), a violation of NRS 205.465, a category C felony. On July 25, 2017 he was found guilty. On count I – he was sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 72 months and a maximum term of 180 days from that date. He was ordered to pay $10,000 in fines. On count II – he was sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Crrections for a minimum term of 24 months and a maximum term of 60 months to be served consecutively to the sentence of imprisonment imposed on count I. He was given credit for 209 days of presentence confinement time. He was ordered to pay $238 in fines and fees and forfeit any interest in a 2013 Lexus GS 350.

• On June 13, 2017, Jordan Deanne Godard entered a guilty plea to the charge of attempted malicious prosecution, a violation of NRS 199.330 and NRS 199.310, a category E felony or a gross misdemeanor. On Oct. 10, 2017, she was found guilty and placed under the supervision of Nevada Department of Corrections for a period of 34 months with a minimum parole eligibility of 12 months from this date with terms and conditions. She was ordered to pay $188 in fines and fees and $5,910 in restitution and was given eight days credit for presentence confinement time.

• On Oct. 10, 2017, Samuel Anthony Linville entered a guilty plea to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.336, a category E felony. He was found guilty on Jan. 23 and placed under the supervision of Nevada State Parole and Probation for a period not to exceed three years with special terms and conditions. He was ordered to pay $588 in fines and fees and was given 55 days credit for presentence confinement time.

• On Oct. 24, 2017, Jacob Thomas Rosemore entered a guilty plea to the charge of unlawful use and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.411, a category E felony. He was found guilty on Jan. 23 and placed under supervision of Nevada State Parole and Probation for a period not to exceed three years with special terms and conditions. He was ordered to pay $88 in fines and fees and was given nine days credit for presentence confinement time.

• On Oct. 24, 2017, Tommy Adolphus Durr aka Tommy Adolphus Jackson, Sr. entered a guilty plea to the charge of attempted sale of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 193.330 and NRS 453.321, a category C felony. He was found guilty on Jan. 23 and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum of 24 months and a maximum term of 34 months from that date. He was ordered to pay $244 in fines and fees.

• On Nov. 28, 2017, David Michael Nolan was sentenced after the court found that he had violated terms and conditions of his probation regarding the charge of intimidating a witness, a violation of NRS 199.240(2)(a)(b), a category C felony. His probation was reinstated and was modified to include special conditions. He will serve six months in the Mineral County Jail – flat time and upon release of his incarceration, he will be dishonorably discharged from his probation grant.

• On Jan. 23, Donna Marie Burleigh entered a guilty plea to the charge of possession of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.336, a category E felony. She was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 12 months to a maximum term of 32 months from that date, to be served consecutively with the sentence of imprisonment imposed with Court Case Number CR-2646. She was ordered to pay $88 in fines and fees.

• On Jan. 23, Donna Marie Burleigh was sentenced after the court found that she had violated terms and conditions of her probation for the crime of unlawful use and/or being under the influence of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.411, a category E felony. She was sentenced to the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 12 months and a maximum term of 32 months from that date with a credit of 154 days of presentence time served.

• On Jan. 23, James Carver Huston was sentenced after the court found that he had violated terms and conditions of his probation for the crime of unlawful sale of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.321, a category B felony. The court granted probation to him with special terms and conditions. He will remain incarcerated in the Mineral County Jail until a bed is available at a treatment facility.
