PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Mineral County Regional Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday,
September 10, 2025 at 6:30 pm in the Mineral County Building at 904 E St. to consider the Conditional
Use Permit application by Western Pyrotechnic Association. The Conditional Use Permit will allow the
Association to use and test fireworks. The event will be September 16, 2025 through September 21,
