A small plane is parked at the Hawthorne Industrial Airport after a winter storm left the ground an icy and slushy mess. The Feb. 7 snow storm dumped about six inches in parts of town and left behind spectacular scenes in the process. Seasonal temperatures and dry conditions are forecasted through the weekend before a round of rain could hit the area next week.
