Born in Hawthorne Nevada to Clifford and Rheba Richardson on June 30, 1945. Donna attended schools in Sparks,Nevada and graduated from Sparks High School in 1963.

Donna was a homemaker for many years, along with babysitting many kids. She decided to journey out away from home and went to work for Montgomery Wards, move on to work for Day & Zimmerman at the Hawthorne Army Depot and later went to work for Vitro at the Naval Underwater Warfare Center in Hawthorne and Keyport, Washington.

Donna took on another adventure and went to cosmetology school for nails, which she just loved serving her clients in Washington and Nevada.

Donna lived in Hawthorne for 46 years where she raised three children and the remainder of her life in Poulsbo Washington.

Donna was a contagious person that loved life and people. Everyone she came in contact with would become her friend. Her family was the most important thing which she supported 100% no matter what the circumstances were.

Donna loved being a homemaker and loved the outdoors. Walker Lake was where she loved to take her family water skiing, fishing, and camping. She was an avid sports fan for her kids and Serpent Mom. She never missed a game.

Once she moved to Poulsbo she kept herself busy gardening, fishing, crabbing, and enjoying the beauty of Washington that it gives.

Donna touched many lives and she will be in our memories forever.

A memorial service is being planned in Hawthorne at a future date.
