  • On Aug. 14, Sean Blackburn pled guilty to the charge of obstructing a public officer, NRS 197.190, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to 180 days in jail; suspended for one year as long as he has no further law violations; participate in a mental health program and provide the court with proof of enrollment every 90 days; all other charges dismissed.
  • On Aug. 14, Austin James McInnis pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to 30 days jail; can do weekends; credit six days; suspended for one year as long as he has no law violations and complies with the court order; ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; attend drug and alcohol classes and 48 hours community service; all other charges dismissed.
  • On Aug. 14, Dillon Lee Brown pled guilty to the charge of driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to 30 days in jail; suspended for six months as long as he has no law violations and complies with the court order; ordered to pay $585 in fines and fees; complete level I DUI school; victim impact panel and 48 hours community service; subject to search and seizure; all other charges dismissed.
