Mineral County Sheriff’s Office brought a close to several long term narcotic investigations on Oct. 1 and 2.
Obtaining search warrants, members of the department served the warrant on 415 O Street in Hawthorne where 12.8 grams of methamphetamine was seized. William Johnny and April Jaramillo were arrested.
A further warrant was served on 510 First Street, Apt. 104, also in Hawthorne where 13 grams of methamphetamine was located. An arrest warrant for Paul Davis, at that location has been issued.
On Oct. 2, another search warrant was obtained for 733 D Street where 14 ounces of marijuana and 100 Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills were located. Gregory Shackleton and Anthony Gallegos were taken into custody at that residence.
In a press release from the sheriff’s office, it states, “During these investigations, Mineral County Sheriff’s Office was able to remove 42.9 grams of methamphetamine, 14 ounces of marijuana and approximately 100 Oxycodone Hydrochloride pills from the streets of Mineral County.”
“I would like to thank the members of the Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for their dedication and hard work on these cases,” Undersheriff Bill Ferguson concluded.
