The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after Nov. 19 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. All are innocent until proven guilty in court. Names and charges appear as they have been received from the sheriff’s office.
• Felicia L. Giberson was arrested on Nov. 22 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for arrest on other agency warrant – Walker River Justice Court. Bail set at $822.79 cash.
• Brandon E. Hickman was arrested on Nov. 22 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for burglary (first); burglary (first); petit larceny; petit larceny; criminal contempt and criminal contempt. Bail set at $ $27,500 bond/cash and no bail.
• Ernest E. Suschnick was arrested on Nov. 21 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, above legal limit, (first) and possess, not for sale, <= one ounce marijuana. Bail set at $3,640 bond/cash.
• Maria S. Bobb was arrested on Nov. 22 by Walker River Tribal Police for DUI, above legal limit, (second), drive with revoked driver’s license and basic speed – 11-15 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $3,020 bond/cash.
• Richard J. La Brie was arrested on Nov. 22 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for buy/possess/receive stolen property, $650 – $3,500, burglary, (first) and obtain/possess credit/debit card without credit holders consent. Bail set at $28,420 bond/cash.
• Christopher Postlewait was arrested on Nov. 22 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for buy/possess/receive stolen property, $650 – $3,500, burglary, (first) and use credit/debit card, or identification, without consent. Bail set at $27,280 bond/cash.
• Timothy S. Sabin was arrested on Nov. 23 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for trespass, not amounting to burglary and loitering while under the influence first. Bail set at $550 bond/cash.
• Michael C. Haserot was arrested on Nov. 23 by Nevada Highway Patrol for basic speed – 11=20 miles per hour over posted limit; basic speed – 11-20 miles per hour over posted limit; basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over posted limit and basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $195 bond/cash and $305 cash.
• James R. Rhyne was arrested on Nov. 23 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for intimidate public officer/others and DUI, above legal limit, (first). Bail set at $3,640 bond/cash.
• Marcelo A. Partida was arrested on Nov. 25 by Walker River Tribal Police for arrest for violation of probation/condition of sus…; arrest for violation of probation/condition of sus…; possess schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance (first/second); DUI, above legal limit, (first) and use/possess drug paraphernalia. Bail set at no bail and $4,780 bond/cash.
• Scott A. Rarick-Potter was arrested on Nov. 25 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for driver disobey peace officer, endanger other p…; DUI, above legal limit, (first); fail wear safety belt/shoulder harness; fail decrease speed or use due care; basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over posted limit and headlamps not illuminated when required. Bail set at $22,300 bond/cash.
