Mineral County Sheriff’s Office members made a traffic stop on a vehicle for basic speed in the early morning hours of April 20.

During the stop, officers became suspicious of possible criminal activity and after a search of the vehicle, the driver’s person revealed approximately two ounces of marijuana; 6.7 grams of cocaine; 3.6 games of MDMA (molly and $1,731 in cash.

The subject, Trevor Jones of Sacramento, Calif., was arrested and booked into the Mineral County Detention Facility on the following charges: possession of marijuana over one ounce; possible drug paraphernalia; possession dangerous drug without prescription; possession with intent to sell and obstructing public officer.

Jones’ bail was set at $25,500.
