APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94481
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 26th day of June 2025 Walker Basin Conservancy of Reno, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion, place and manner of use of 1.510 c.f.s., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Claim 162 of the Walker River Decree. Water will be diverted from West Walker River at a point of non-diversion located within the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 18, T11N, R25E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SE corner of said Section 18 bears S 82 degrees 49 minutes 10 seconds E, a distance of 2,535.48 feet (approx. 13.25 miles SW of Yerington, NV). Water will be used for instream flow for wildlife purposes as decreed. The existing point of diversion was located as decreed. Water was used for as decreed.
