APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94478
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 25th day of June 2025 King, Henry John and Michelle A. of Winnemucca, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the manner of use of .00279 c.f.s., 2 a.f.a, a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 91448. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 30, T35N, R37E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 30 bears S 45 degrees 00 minutes E, a distance of 163.78 feet (approx. 3 miles SW of the Winnemucca Airport, NV). Water will be used for stockwater purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Water was used for irrigation purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
