APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94331
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 18th day of April 2025 Tony and Jerrie Tipton of Mina, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 0.10 c.f.s., 9.19 a.f.a., of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 90543. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 29, T6N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of Section 33, T6N, R35E, MDB&M bears S 71 degrees 57 minutes 2 seconds E, a distance of 1,371.9 feet (approx. 3 miles S of Mina, NV). Water will be used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 33, T6N, R35E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 33 bears N 24 degrees 46 minutes 38 seconds W, a distance of 900.1 feet. Water was used for quasi-municipal purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
