Sherman R. Fredrick/Properly Subversive
I ask you, is it really plausible that between Joe Biden’s February 2024 physical in which he was proclaimed “fit for duty” to now being diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer that has spread to his bones?
I’m saying “no,” both as a journalist and prostate cancer survivor myself.
First, Mr. Biden and his team’s record on transparency is completely shot with new reporting that shows they hid his severe physical and cognitive decline from the beginning of his presidency. They lied about it and concocted multiple schemes to hide it from public view.
They scripted press conferences with a compliant press to make it sound like he knew the answers to questions. They placed tape lines on the floor so he appeared to know where he was going. They scheduled decision-making times to a small window in the day when his flickering cognitive ability seemed to last the longest. The Biden family spent as much time at the beach house in Delaware as they could so that the White House staff would not become tipped off to his infirmity.
The multiple stories of Mr. Biden losing his bowels at public events now seem far more credible.
But to hide prostate cancer?
Jayzus, could the Biden cover-up be that cold and calculated?
The science is pretty clear about that. There is only a very small chance — 1 or 2 percent — that prostate cancer could go from undetectable to a 9 on the Gleeson score, spreading to the bones, inside a year. Ninety-eight percent of the time, it takes 8 or 9 years, all experts agree.
So, I’m saying this evil bunch of Biden collaborators knew, and they hid this from the voting public. This seems criminal from a public governance standpoint and a human standpoint.
Look, this is hard to write, but there’s no other way to see it.
BLM LAND
The idea of selling off 11,500 acres of public land in the Mesquite/St. George area was in Donald Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill” until the last second.
It was stripped out just before the vote.
The idea came from Utah U.S. Rep. Celeste Maloy. She proposed selling nearly 11,500 acres of Bureau of Land Management land to Washington and Beaver counties, the Washington County Water Conservancy District, and the city of St. George.
Approximately 70 parcels were identified for sale to four entities at market value.
- Washington County would have been allowed to purchase 23 parcels covering about 6,492 acres.
- The Washington County Water Conservancy District would have been allowed to purchase 22 parcels amounting to about 4,375 acres.
- St. George would have been allowed to purchase 23 parcels amounting to about 520 acres.
- Beaver County would have been allowed to purchase three parcels amounting to roughly 62 acres.
If this idea comes back around, let’s not slip it into a bigger bill. Present it openly and make your case. Also, BLM has way too much land in the West. As a general principle, it would be better and more productive for the hive to sell some of it off.
