NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that RANDELL JOHN MYERS has filed with this Court on the 6th day of May, 2025, his PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION, ISSUANCE OF LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, AND FULL AUTHORITY UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT; that the aforesaid Petition, will be brought before the above-entitled Court for hearing on the 12th day of June, 2025, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. of said day, or as soon thereaer as counsel can be heard, at the courtroom of the above-entitled Court, in the Town of Hawthorne, County of Mineral, State of Nevada, at which time and place all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be confirmed.

e Petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. is will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the Personal Representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be.
