NOTICE INVITING SEALED BID PROPOSALS

Pursuant to an Order of the Board of Mineral County Commissioners, sealed bid Pro- posals will be received by the Mineral County Clerk, for telephone system for the local government offices of Mineral County and supported agencies. Absolutely no bids will be received or considered aer the deadline date and time.
Securely sealed bid envelopes are to be directed by hand or by mail to:

The envelope must be plainly marked:
“Sealed Bid for Telephone System for the Local Government Office of Mineral County and Supported Agencies, Opening date – June 18th, 2025.”

• Pre-bid Meeting and Walk-ru: June 4th, 2025 at 10:00 AM
• Deadline for receiving bids: June 13th, 2025 at 5:00 PM
• Bid Opening and Vendor Demonstrations: June 18th, 2025 at 1:00 PM
All bids received in the County Clerk’s Office on or before the deadline date and time above mentioned will be publicly opened by the Board of Mineral County Commis- sioners at their regularly scheduled meeting on June 18th, 2025 at 1:00 PM. Specifications, forms of proposals, and contract documents may be inspected and/or obtained at:
