APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 94350
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 28th day of April 2025 Tony and Jerrie Tipton of Mina, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.003 c.f.s. and 2.0 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 21, T8N, R32E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of said Section 21 bears N 12 degrees 43 minutes 56 seconds W, a distance of 3,871.61 feet (approx. 11 miles E of Hawthorne, NV). Water will be used for mining and milling purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
