APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE WATER NO. 94263
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 17th day of March 2025 John and Chelsea Keady
of Schurz, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to
appropriate 0.0111 c.f.s. and 8.0 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion
is to be made from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of
Section 2, T12N, R28E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of Section 1,
T12N, R28E, MDB&M bears N 73 degrees 43 minutes 17 seconds E, a distance of 2,795.96
feet (approx. 0.25 miles SSW of the intersection of US95 and US95 Alt near Schurz, NV).
Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
