The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after March 4 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. • Rogelio L. Chairez was arrested by Walker River Tribal Police on March 9 for basic speed – too fast for condition; basic speed – too fast for condition; headlamps not illuminated when required; headlamps not illuminated when required; basic speed – 11-15 miles per hour over posted limit and basic speed – 11-15 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $650 cash and $195 bond/cash.

• Royce Mitchell was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on March 9 for criminal contempt. No bail.

• Oscar D. Berry was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on March 10 for driver disobey peace officer, endangering other p…; reckless driving disregard person/property safety and basic speed – 11-20 miles per hour over posted limit. Bail set at $21,335 bond/cash.

• David J. Nichols was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on March 10 for domestic battery – first and child abuse or neglect, (first). Bail set at $5,640 bond/cash.

• Jason W. Williams was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on March 10 for loitering while under the influence first. Bail set at $640 cash.

Brandon (released to correctional facility); Kemon D. Camp (released to correctional facility); Trevor R. Powell (released to correctional facility); Mark I. Phillips (released by judge); Rogelio L. Chairez (released on cash bail) and Jason W. Williams (released on bond).
