The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after Feb. 5 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. All are innocent until proven guilty in court. Names and charges appear as they have been received from the sheriff’s office.

• Racquel T. Lopey was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 6 for unknown charges. Bail not listed.

• Carlos P. Orozco was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 7 for unlawful use of emergency phone number (911). Bail set at $2,500 bond/cash.

• Madeleine N. Calderone was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 7 for domestic battery – first. Bail set at $3,000 bond/cash.

• Stephen L. Gothman was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 7 for failure to appear – Tonopah Township Justice Court. Bail set at $775 cash.

• Kristie M. Doll was arrested by Walker River Tribal Police on Feb. 11 for arrest on other agency warrant. Bail set at $639 cash.

• Jacquelyn A. Mullhall was arrested by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office on Feb. 11 for drinking alcohol while driving/physical control of motor…; open alcohol container in vehicle; sell/furnish/assist minor obtain alcohol beverage and improperly mounted headlamps. Bail set at $1,661 bond/cash.
