Justice Court

• On Dec. 11, 2017, John A. Beddow pled guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of marijuana, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay $685 in fines and fees; ordered to complete DUI school; Victims Impact Panel and 24 hours of community service. Sentenced to 90 days in jail; suspended under the condition he has no law violations for six months and follows court order.

• On Dec. 11, 2017, Hunter Weatherly Whitehead pled guilty to count I of the following counts: I – driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110 and failure to stop at stop sign, NRS 484B.257, misdemeanors. They were found guilty to count I and ordered to pay $685 in fines and fees; ordered to complete DUI school, victims impact panel and 24 hours of community service. Sentence to 90 days in jail, suspended under the condition he has no law violations for six months and follows court order. Count II – dismissed.

• On Dec. 11, 2017, Jamison Michael Hancock pled guilty to driving a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, NRS 484C.110, a misdemeanor. He was found guilty and ordered to pay$685 in fines and fees; ordered to complete DUI school, victims impact panel and 24 hours of community service. Sentence to 90 days in jail, credit for one day served, 89 days suspended under the condition he has no law violations for six months and follows court order.
