On Oct. 10, Michael Jon Hoffman was sentenced after admitting to allegations contained in violation reports dated August 14, 2017, and July 31, 2001. The court finds that Hoffman violated the terms and conditions of his probation and that his probation should be revoked.

Hoffman was found to violate his terms and conditions for the crime of possession of a controlled substance, a violation of NRS 453.336, a category E felony. His probation was revoked and he was sentenced to imprisonment in the Nevada Department of Corrections for a minimum term of 12 months and a maximum term of 48 months from this date, with credit of 100 days, presentence time served. He was further ordered to pay $3,821 for the costs of his extradition.
