The following people were arrested in Mineral County on or after Sep. 24 and were in jail on Monday at or after about 8 a.m. All charges against them are misdemeanors unless otherwise noted. All are innocent until proven guilty in court. Names and charges appear as they have been received from the sheriff’s office.

• Anthony E. Barlow was arrested on Sept. 25 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for criminal contempt and disturbing peace (breach of peace). Bail set at $3,780 bond/cash.

• Dominique Williams was arrested on Sept. 26 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for use/possess drug paraphernalia. Bail set at $1,140 bond/cash.

• Eric J. Briggs was arrested on Sept. 28 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for use/under influence schedule I, II, III, IV controlled substance. Bail set at $2,640 bond/cash.

• Jesus Perez was arrested on Sept. 29 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 21-30 miles per hour over the posted limit and DUI, above the legal limit, (first). Bail set at $1,610 bond/cash.

• Brandon R. Chavez was arrested on Sept. 29 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over the posted limit and drive with suspended driver’s license. Bail set at $1,335 bond/cash.

• Kristopher L. Cosentino was arrested on Sept. 30 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for DUI, above the legal limit, (first), non-resident drive when privilege suspends/revoked/canceled and basic speed – 1-10 miles per hour over the posted limit. Bail set at $2,475 bond/cash.

• Sarah N. Pantazoplos was arrested on Sept. 29 by Nevada Highway Patrol for failure to appear – Carson City Justice Municipal Court. Bail set at $300 cash.

• Michael T. Diosdado was arrested on Sept. 30 by Mineral County Sheriff’s Office for possess/surrender drivers license. Bail set at $3,780 bond/cash.

• Glenn Johnson was arrested on Sept. 30 for DUI, above the legal limit, (first) and fail yield at stop/yield sign or control. Bail set at $1,335 bond/cash.

• Cecilia D. May was arrested on Sept. 30 for a drive with suspended drivers license and rear license plate lamp violation. Bail set at $1,270 bond/cash.
